Golden linseed has all the health benefits of brown linseed but with a lighter, buttery flavour and a little bit of sweetness. Think of them as the golden child of the linseed family.
How To Use:
Just like the other linseeds, to make them fully digestible, they are best cracked fresh.
Blitz them in a small food processor or grind them in a mortar and pestle or a coffee mill.
Use ground linseed within a week or two and always keep it in the fridge.
