This millet flour is produced by pin milling Australian grown hulled ‘White French’ variety Millet into fine flour. It is a pale, yellow colour, with a mild, slightly sweet flavour and aroma.
How To Use:
Millet flour is a versatile and nutritious wholegrain flour and useful for all types of baking with its light texture, although it’s usually best used in combination with other flours.
Use millet flour to replace up to ¼ of wheat flour in bread recipes. If making wheat free loaves, dinner rolls, muffins or cakes, make a blend of 1 cup millet flour, 1½ cups brown rice flour and ½ cup tapioca flour and include a raising agent.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
