This bakers flour is produced using premium Australian grown Organic prime-hard wheat.

It has a subtle, fresh wheat flavour and aroma, natural white colour and fine texture.


How To Use:

When baking bread, a strong flour with a higher protein and gluten content is needed, which is why this flour is the choice of bakers. It has a firm structure which holds well for bread and doughs and is well suited to making dinner rolls and high-tin loaves.

This is not the type of flour to use for baking cakes and biscuits, use plain flour for that, but when making pasta, pizza, crispy crackers and bread loaves, this bakers flour is the pick of the bunch.
