Made from green bananas, this flour has a slight banana flavour when raw but a more earthy flavour once cooked.
How To Use:
The light texture of banana flour makes it good for pancakes, puddings and baking although it does best when blended with high starch flours such as tapioca or cassava.
It also works well as a thickener for sauces and stews.
Banana flour doesn’t have to be cooked so it’s a good option for raw desserts, bliss balls and slices.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
