Bentonite clay is believed to absorb toxins and other molecules so is sometimes used in a detox.

Ours is food grade but we suggest you speak with a healthcare professional to recommend the correct dose if taking internally.

Use bentonite clay to make an easy and effective mask to help draw out and absorb impurities from the skin.

How To Use:

Relax with a clay pack for the face or body by making a paste of 1 part clay to 2 parts water.

It will swell like a highly porous sponge. Apply to skin for 20 mins then wash off with warm water.

The bacteria and toxins in pores and on the skin’s surface will be drawn out and absorbed by the clay.

For a clay bath to soften and remove impurities from the skin, sprinkle 1 – 4 cups of clay over the surface of warm bath water and gently mix it through. Soak for 20 minutes and then rinse in a warm shower.

Storage:

Store in an airtight (non-metal) container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not store near chemicals or odorous substances to avoid absorption or taint.
