This brown rice flour is milled from certified organic whole grain brown rice. It has a pale fawn colour, with a light nutty flavour and aroma.


How To Use:

Brown rice flour is more dense than the white version and has a deeper, nuttier flavour which gives rice noodles and pasta a more rustic texture. It’s a bit like comparing white flour to wholemeal.

Use to coat fish and thicken sauces, make pancake batter and pizza bases or pastry shells for quiche and savoury tarts.

Batter and dough made with brown rice flour will benefit from resting in the fridge for an hour prior to cooking.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
