A versatile flour that can be used in many recipes including tortillas, pasta dough and sweet and savoury baking.
How To:
Cassava flour can be used as a wheat flour substitute in many recipes, it does absorb more liquid than wheat flour. Therefore, a recipe substitution may require slightly less cassava flour than wheat flour would call for. Must be cooked before consumption.
