Organic Coconut Flour is made by dehydrating and finely grinding coconut flesh after the oil has been extracted. Whilst this flour has a sweet coconut flavour, it’s not particularly strong.


How To Use:

Use it in baking to replace up to a third of plain wheat flour, although extra liquid will be required.

It makes delicious pie crusts for sweet or savoury tarts and can be used to coat fish before grilling.

Use coconut flour to thicken curries.

For wheat free cakes and muffins, blend equal parts coconut flour, quinoa flours and blanched almond meal.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
