How to Use:

Add 1 heaped teaspoon for each cup of freshly boiled hot water. Steep for at least 5 minutes. Allow longer brewing if a more full-bodied flavour is desired. Strain and serve as is, or with a little natural sweetener like honey or coconut nectar if desired.

For a stronger herbal infusion or cold brew technique: steep this tea in room temperature water and leave to stand for 6-8 hours or overnight.
