How to Use:

Add 1 heaped teaspoon to each cup of freshly boiled hot water. Steep for 3 – 5 minutes. Do not over brew this tea as it may result in a bitter, tannin flavour. Serve with or without milk and natural sweetener. For a cold brew, steep 2 – 3 heaped tablespoons of this tea in 1 litre of room temperature water. Allow standing for at least 1 – 2 hours, tasting regularly until the flavour is as desired.

French Earl Grey tea is deliciously refreshing served on crushed or shaved ice with slices of lemon and orange. An infusion of this fragrant tea can be used to add a wonderful accent to homemade ice cream, desserts and baked goods.
