This organic, fair trade blend is made from the best A-grade Arabica beans which have been selected from around the world to create a smooth, rich and full-bodied blend with notes of bittersweet chocolate and hints of licorice and caramel.

How To Use:

This coffee is velvety smooth, rich & full-bodied.  It exhibits a bittersweet chocolate flavour with hints of caramel and licorice at the end.  It makes a superb espresso and suits almost any style of maker.

For espresso, refer to your coffee machine’s instructions.

For other styles, use a brew ratio of 8 g (1 tbs) per cup (150 mL) and adjust to suit your taste.

For plunger coffee, steep 4 mins.

Origin of Beans: Central America, Papua New Guinea and Ethiopia.

Roast Level:  Medium

Grind Type:  Coffee machine, filter, plunger, stovetop, coffee press, Turkish.
