Hemp seeds are a delicious and nutritious food that has been eaten for thousands of years by people all over the world.

The certified organic seeds this oil is produced from are approved for human consumption in Australia, in November 2017. The seeds are grown and processed without any synthetic inputs, are non-GMO and have no added preservatives.

This Australian-made cold-pressed gold hemp oil contains essential fatty acids including omega 3 and 6. It is also a natural source of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

This oil has a smooth, silky mouthfeel, a subtle, fresh aroma and a light golden colour. With a mild, slightly nutty herbaceous flavour, hemp oil is a delicious and healthy addition to sweet or savoury dishes.

How to Use:

To preserve the omega oils and natural goodness, hemp oil is best used in raw recipes or cooked at low temperatures.

Organic gold hemp oil is a great addition to fresh juices, protein shakes and green or fruit smoothies – pop a tablespoon or two in before the final blend.

Add extra flavour and nutrition to salad dressings and dips. Use it to replace any other oil in vinaigrettes or mayonnaise; in pesto and babaganoush; or drizzle over hummus.

Marinate Mediterranean vegetables, olives and other antipasto delights – great with goats’ cheese and fresh herbs. Drizzle over roasted veggies, pasta or soups and hotpots before serving.

This cold-pressed gold hemp oil is also an ideal face and body moisturiser or ingredient in homemade soaps, hair and skincare products.
