These hulled seeds have a soft texture and subtle, fresh aroma. They are a low THC variety, as approved for human consumption in Australia, in November 2017.
How to Use:
These organic heros are exceptionally nutritious. They’re a great source of plant protein and rich in healthy fats, particularly omegas 3 and 6. Their creamy, nutty flavour makes them very versatile. Add to smoothies, energy balls, dips and raw foods or sprinkle on to sandwiches, wraps, salads and soups. They are best used raw. Start the day off right with avocado toast topped with a combo of hemp seeds and our Everything Savoury Seasoning.
