These beautiful Lavender flowers (lavendulan angustifolia) are Certified Organic. The bluish-purple flower buds have an intensely aromatic scent and characteristic lavender flavour. They are great for cooking or household uses.

How to Use:

This organic lavender is a lovely addition to tea blends – lovely with earl grey or rooibos. It can be used in cooking to flavour ice-cream or custard, decorate cakes and desserts, in chocolate and raw food treats. Try some in a chocolate mousse or berry & chia pudding. Add lavender flowers to your bath with some Epsom salts for extra indulgence & relaxation. Or use it in homemade soaps and perfumes. Pop some in a cloth bag in your draws or pillow to keep them smelling sweet.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
