Medium grain rice is very adaptable and can be used for most sweet and savoury rice dishes. With a light nutty flavour and aroma, this rice has a slightly softer texture than brown rice.
How To Use:
Serve with curries and casseroles or make a spicy Cajun jambalaya. Use leftovers for rice puddings, salads, patties and fried rice.
Cook on the stove top, in a rice cooker or by the absorption method.
Absorption method: Bring 200g rice and 375mL water to the boil. Stir, cover and simmer 15 mins. Remove from heat. Stand for 5 mins.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
