A refreshing and exotic blend of Organic green tea and mints, using, whole and unprocessed loose leaf to best retain freshness and therapeutic action. Naturally high in protective antioxidants, this blend is traditionally used to ease digestion, lift energy and relieve stress.

How To Use:

Fantastic served hot or chilled over ice with a sprig of mint.

To make a delicious hot tea, use 1 teaspoon per cup of nearly boiling water (approx. 85°C). Allow brewing for 2-3 minutes before drinking.

For a refreshing iced tea, add 1 heaped tablespoon to a litre of nearly boiling water and let it rest for at least 5 minutes, or even overnight for a stronger flavour.  Strain and allow the tea to go cold naturally or serve directly over crushed ice.  Can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
