Australian organic wholegrain wheat is simply stone ground to create this plain flour.

Organic wholemeal plain flour has a slightly lower protein level than bakers flour, as well as lower gluten content.


How To Use:

This makes it an ideal flour to use in cakes, biscuits, scones and muffins, especially where a more rustic texture is desired.

Wholemeal flour will absorb more moisture than white flour, so if a recipe does not stipulate wholemeal flour, you may need to add more liquid.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
