Fabulous German chamomile is renowned for its calmative benefit.

Restful tea blends the soothing aromatics of lemon balm, passionflower, lavender, lemon verbena and premium chamomile flowers.

It has a soft, sweet flavour and aroma with floral and citrus notes.

How to Use:

Add one heaped teaspoon for each cup to an infuser or warmed teapot. Top with freshly boiled water. Steep for at least 5 mins or longer for a more full-bodied flavour.

Serve as is or add a natural sweetener such as honey, rice malt syrup or coconut nectar.
