Divine as an iced tea or with soda water for a vibrant, naturally red, fizzy drink.
How to Use:
To make iced tea, pour 1 litre of boiled water over 4 – 8 tsp tea leaves. Steep for 5 – 30 mins, depending on the strength you prefer. Strain and chill before serving in a tall glass over ice.
For a refreshing mocktail, top with sparkling mineral water, garnish with dried citrus slices and a few organic rose petals. If cocktails are on the menu, pair with champagne, vodka or sloe gin.
