This Organic White Self-Raising Flour is made by milling Australian grown whole-wheat grain, sifting off the bran and then adding the leavening agents.
Certified Organic, is unbleached, contains no artificial additives and is non-GMO.
It has a fresh wheat flavour and aroma, natural off-white colour and fine texture. This flavoursome White flour can be used as all-purpose Self-Raising flour and is suitable for all baking and everyday cooking needs.
