This Organic Self Raising Flour is made by milling Australian grown whole wheat grain, sifting off the bran and then adding the leavening agents.


How To Use:

The fine texture of this flour makes it suitable for the lightest sponge cakes or any recipe that calls for a delicate or light crumb.

Ideal for just about any baking where a raising agent is required such as fluffy pancakes, puddings, cakes and slices.

Make easy two ingredient flat bread by combining 150g self raising flour and ½ cup Greek yoghurt.  Knead then shape and cook in a frypan with olive oil. This dough can also be used for pizza bases.
