A popular Chinese style tea often served with meals. Farmers harvest Sencha Green Tea from the top leaves and buds of plants grown in full sunlight. It is regarded as a high-quality tea, with a golden colour and crisp, grassy flavour. Black tea is created when tea leaves undergo a fermentation process. Sencha is a green tea, and as such it undergoes minimal processing and no fermentation.

How to Use:

Use a teapot or in-cup infuser, add 1 teaspoon per cup & pour in freshly boiled water. Allow to steep for 5-8 minutes to ensure optimal flavour!

Sweeten as desired! We also suggest making extra and popping it in the fridge to have a refreshing iced tea!

Storage:

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
