How To Use:

Green stevia powder is a lot sweeter than sugar so start with just a dash then add more.

To test the sweetness, sprinkle a smidgen on to fresh berries or add a pinch to coffee or tea during steeping.

Use in smoothies, confectionery, sauces and desserts.

When used in baking, sugar often adds bulk as well as sweetness so swapping it with a combination of stevia & mesquite, which has a malt flavour, often works well.
