White sesame seeds have a mild, slightly sweet, nutty flavour and fresh aroma.
How To Use:
Use raw in smoothies or lightly toast them in a dry pan over low heat, stirring often.
Sprinkle them over savoury pastries, salads, stir fries and hotpots.
They’re amazing on sticky pork ribs or miso eggplant or liven up a simple plate of green beans or asparagus with a drizzle of olive oil and toasted sesame seeds.
Sesame seeds can be made into tahini but why would you bother when we have lusciously creamy, organic tahini already on tap?
