Traditional curry flavours are enriched with the deep aniseed from native anise myrtle, the spicy tang of wild-harvested mountain pepper and the subtle coffee hazelnut notes of wattleseed.

How to Use:

Outback Bush Curry is a great Aussie inspired spice mix for soups, lentil burgers, fish patties, bushfood dressings and egg or rice salads.

What is more Australian than curried lamb with outback bush flavours? Use 2 tsp per 500 g meat, beans or veggies. If you like more heat, add chilli. For a creamier curry, add coconut milk.

A creamy curried salad dressing made with mayonnaise, vinegar and honey is incredible on roast cauliflower, spinach, salmon, chicken or lamb chops.
