The combination of sweet vanilla white chocolate and fruity raspberries in our in-store mix will leave your kitchen smelling like your local bakery.

Combine 400g of the mix with 1 egg, ½ cup water, ¼ cup vegetable oil and 1 tsp vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
Spoon batter evenly into 12 cups of a greased muffin tray.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160°C for 16-18 minutes.
Muffins are baked if they spring back when lightly touched in the centre. Remove from oven. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before placing muffins on a baking rack.
