These cashews have simply been blanched to remove the outer skin and contain no added preservatives. Cashews have a luscious creamy flavour and sweet nutty aroma.
How To Use:
Ground raw cashews are great in pesto, dips and as a base for sauces or chop them roughly for satays or a nutty ‘crouton’.
Activate and grind nuts to make additive-free nut butter or cream cheese.
Make your own cashew milk. Soak 1 cup cashews overnight, drain and then blitz with 4 cups filtered water until creamy and add sweeteners such as maple syrup. Strain the liquid into a bowl using a nut milk bag then refrigerate. Use leftover pulp for seed crackers.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
