How to Use:
Roasted Salted Cashews are a delectable snack on their own or in a Hiker’s mix – combined with dried fruit and seeds. Add cashew nuts to muesli, granola, or acai bowls. These cashews can be ground to make yummy additive-free nut butter.
For a little variety, everyone will love – add some coconut flakes or a few cacao nibs before blending nut butter. Finely chopped cashews are great in pesto, dips and as a base for sauces; use it to replace peanuts in satays. Toss cashews over salads, or add to stir-fries and curries.
