Seed and Berry Chocolate Chip Bars Mix


Our recipe-in-a-jar mix for Seed & Berry Choc Chip Bars is a scrumptious in-house blendto create melt in your mouth snacks. 

Sweet and tangy wild-harvested blueberries and organic cranberries are deliciously complemented by crunchy pepitas, sunflower and sesame seeds. Organic dark chocolate buttons, coconut and cinnamon finish these wonderful. This mix has no wheatgrains or nuts, is GMO-free and contains nothing artificial. 

Everyone – young and old; will enjoy the ease of this ready-to-go mix, and the satisfaction of homemade goodies. Just add wet ingredients, blend, pop in the oven and get ready to enjoy.

These yummy bars are perfect for lunch boxes, travelling or just to have a quick and healthy snack on hand. A convenient mix to have in the pantry, this wonderful recipe jar also makes a fun gift.   

How to Use:

To whip up a batch of these wonderful Seed & Berry Choc Chip Bars you will also need:

  • 1 tbsp. of Honey (or similar liquid sweetener)
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla (paste or extract)
  • 2 Eggs
  • A pinch of salt.

Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Blend eggs, honey, vanilla & salt to combine. Mix all ingredients in jar with the egg mix.  Pour into a greased 20cm x 20cm baking tray. Bake for 18 mins at 180 degrees. Cut into slices when cooled – and enjoy!

Any leftover bars can be stored in the jar to keep fresh, although there might not be many spare! This recipe-in-a-jar makes a great fun gift for children or anyone who likes to cook. Alternatively, re-fill the jar with your homemade Seed & Berry Choc Chip Bars as a beautiful present for someone special. Makes approximately 14 snack bars.


Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is recommended in warm climates.
