Aromatic herbs, including fennel and coriander, are combined with pink Himalayan salt and the bright citrus flavours of sumac berries and lemon peel to make this delicious, zesty rub.

Use a shake of this natural seasoning on fish fillets, other seafood, vegetables or chicken before cooking to add delicious citrus and herb flavours.

How To Use:

Stir in seafood bouillabaisse or chowder just before serving or sprinkle onto baked cauliflower, roast potatoes and pumpkin or over steamed greens as a condiment at the last minute.

Use on grilled or baked fish, add to a breadcrumb mix or include in the oil when searing prawns or scallops. Include in slow cooked bean stews or lamb tagine to brighten the flavours.

Add early when cooking to flavour fish, chicken or veggies or sprinkle over at the end to taste the freshness.
