Aromatic herbs including fennel and coriander are combined with the bright citrus flavours of sumac berries and lemon peel with Himalayan pink salt in this delicious, zesty rub.

It goes wonderfully with any fish or seafood, chicken, meat or vegetables. A great addition to your spice rack that can be used to add a flavour boost to an array of hot or cold dishes. How to Use:

Use a shake of this natural Sizzling Seafood seasoning on fish fillets or other seafood, vegetables or chicken before cooking to add delicious citrus and herb flavours. Stir some into a seafood bouillabaisse or chowder just before serving.

The flavours of this mix are also great with all sorts of vegetables and meats. Try it on baked cauliflower, roasted potato and pumpkin, or over steamed greens as a condiment. Add some to slow-cooked bean stews or a lamb tagine to bring the flavours alive. Or use it in salad dressings and pickled vegetables.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
