Soulful Daily Loaf Mix with Hazelnuts is a recipe in a jar to make your own grain-free loaf. It combines organic quinoa flakes with fresh crunchy seeds and raw hazelnut kernels.
Enjoy the ease of this recipe and the satisfaction of homemade loaf. Just add wet ingredients, rest the mixture, pop in the oven and get ready to enjoy. No yeast is required.

To make this Soulful Daily Loaf you will also need:
- 1 tbs maple syrup (or similar)
- 3 tbs coconut oil, melted
- 350mL of water
Method:
1. In a large bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together until combined.
2. Add the dry ingredients from the bag. Mix until thoroughly combined (add 1-2 tbs extra water if mix is too stiff).
3. Cover with a cloth and leave to rest on the bench for at least two hours or overnight. Dough is ready if it holds its shape when pulled away from the edge of the bowl.
4. Preheat oven to 175˚C. Grease and line a 21 x 11cm loaf tin.
5. Place dough into tin. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Remove loaf from the tin and return to the oven, upside down directly on the rack.
7. Bake a further 30-40 minutes until golden and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or place in the freezer.
