Traditional Organic Anzac Biscuit Mix is a recipe in a jar that only needs a few wet ingredients added to create melt in your mouth biscuits.

To Add:
• 55 g butter, melted
• 1 tbs golden syrup (or maple syrup)
• 50 mL boiling water
• 1 tsp bicarb soda
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160˚C. Line two baking trays.
2. Place contents of jar into a large bowl and mix until all ingredients are distributed.
3. In a small bowl, stir the bicarb into the boiling water then add the syrup. Add the melted butter and stir.
4. Add the liquid to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture comes together.
5. Roll heaped tablespoons of dough into balls and place onto the baking trays.
6. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Leave on the trays to cool completely. They will harden as they cool.
