This Vegan Fire Tonic is based on a traditional recipe, but replaces honey with coconut nectar. and in Torquay, Victoria. A spicy combination of herbs and vegetables are steeped in raw unfiltered, unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar [ACV] to create this zingy brew.

This living, cultured herbal infusion is prebiotic and includes the ACV ‘mother’. While this Fire Tonic is not certified organic, all the fruit, herbs & veg used are organic when seasonally available – and 99.9% of ingredients are local from within 150 km of Torquay, Victoria, where it is hand-made.

This all-natural, raw recipe is free from herbicides, insecticides, nuts, wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, refined sugar, artificial colours, flavours, additives or preservatives. Vegan Fire Tonic can be consumed as is in a straight shot; or used in place of Apple Cider Vinegar in beverages, tangy salad dressings and as a condiment.


How to use:

Drink 5 – 15 mls of Vegan Fire Tonic 1 to 3 times a day, either as is – or diluted in a large glass of filtered or sparkling water. Alternatively, add a shot to your favourite fresh juice. For a warming brew with extra kick make a tea of Fire Tonic with fresh lemon and natural sweetener of choice – just add hot water. Enjoy this amazing ACV based Fire Tonic’s natural spicy flavours in home-made dressings. Wonderful with fresh slaw or soba noodle salads. Enjoy as a condiment with classic fish ‘n chips and grilled seafood or sprinkled lightly over steamed vegetables.
