How to:
To prepare the batter, combine one cup of mix with ¾ cup of your choice of milk, whisk to combine and set aside for 10 minutes.
For pancakes, pour ¼ cup of batter into a lightly greased frypan. Cook on medium and heat until bubbles form. Flip pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
For waffles, pour prepared batter into a pre-heated waffle maker and cook until golden brown. Serve with your favourite toppings or for an extra special breakfast, add dark chocolate chips to the batter before cooking.
