How To Use:

To prepare, preheat oven to 160°C. Place 550g of the mix in a bowl with 2 eggs, 125g melted butter and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Using a spoon, stir the mixture until well combined. Spoon the brownie mix into a lined 20cm square cake tin. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until it wobbles slightly when shaken. Allow to cool in the tin before cutting.

Delicious on its own or served warm with salted caramel ice cream.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
