Our recipe-in-a-jar mix for white chocolate fudge is a wonderful in-house recipe, to create a delicious confectionery. This decadent and rich treat is easy to make ahead for unexpected guests or to serve at the end of a special meal. Pop some in a jar as a wonderful gift.
How to Use:
To make a batch of this delectable white chocolate fudge you will also need 200 grams of condensed milk.
Line the base and sides of a 15 cm square tin or mould with baking paper, making sure to leave some hanging over the sides to remove the fudge later.
Place the contents of the jar, along with the condensed milk, into a medium-sized saucepan. Stir over low heat until the chocolate is completely melted. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture turns the shade of caramel. This should take around 10 minutes.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and set it in the refrigerator overnight. Remove the mould and cut into 2cm squares for serving.
Best served at room temperature. Makes approximately 20 pieces.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
Shelf Life:
Up to 4 months when stored as above. See Best Before date.
