This traditional beverage is a combination of Australian grown black tea with a mixture of wonderful aromatic spices.
The warm flavours of cardamom, fennel and star anise are beautifully complemented by the sweet notes of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Delicious as a hot or iced chai. Try it served chilled with milk or black with ice and slices of lemon.
How to Use:
Add 1tsp for each cup into a teapot or infuser and top with boiling water. Allow to steep for 5 – 8 mins. Add milk of choice and a sweetener such as local raw honey.
On a hot day, chill the tea with or without milk and serve with plenty of ice and some lemon wedges.
A strong infusion of whole spiced tea can be used to add wonderful flavour to homemade ice cream or fruit cakes.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
