It’s valued for its full-bodied, naturally sweet flavour because it is low in tannin and rich in antioxidants.

How To Use:

Add 1 tsp per cup to a warmed teapot or infuser and top with freshly boiled water (100°C). Steep for 5 mins. Add milk and sweetener, if desired.

Iced rooibos chai tea is delicious with slices of lemon or orange.

A strong infusion of this organic tea can be used to add rich, spicy notes to homemade ice cream, desserts and baked goods.
