This smoky seasoned rub is perfect when barbequing at high heat as well as when low temperature cooking vegetables, fish or any meat in a camp oven or slow cooker.

Use as a dry rub or combine with oil, a glaze or marinade.

Allow meat to sit in the fridge for a few hours prior to cooking for the flavours to fully infuse. Made with all natural ingredients.

How To Use:

Gently rub this blend directly onto pork, chicken, beef or lamb before placing on the bbq or grill. The natural juices of the meat will combine with the rub to create smoky, herbaceous flavours and aroma.

Sprinkle over root vegetables, eggplant or seafood before cooking or use as a seasoning in soups and hotpots.

The smoky flavours are delicious with potato salad, mixed Mediterranean veggies, bean soups, slow cooked lamb shanks or steamed mussels in a tomato sauce.
