Pepitas are the inner part of edible pumpkin seeds that have been hulled of their outer skin. They have a dark green colour, with a light nutty flavour and aroma.
How To Use:
Add pepitas to muesli and smoothies, yoghurt, porridge or acai bowls at breakfast or include them in muesli bars and sweet or savoury raw treats.
They can be mixed into bread dough or muffin batter or sprinkled on the top just before baking.
Toast pepitas in a dry pan, continually stirring, and use them as a topper on salads and stir fries.
Marinate them in tamari sauce, then dry in a low oven to make a moreish savoury snack.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. See Best Before date.
