This Barista Almond Mylk Base makes making mylk easy and convenient, with no nasties.
One jar makes 6 litres of delicious, creamy barista blend mylk at home and is perfect for coffee and tea. This means you can froth it up beautifully in a steamer or frother or alternatively add freshly made or cold mylk to a hot tea or coffee with no splitting! Once made, you can keep your mylk in the fridge for 4-5 days.

How To:
To make mylk: Blend the base and water on high for 1 minute. Pour into a glass jar or bottle and chill. Mylk will thicken once refrigerated or simply use fresh upon making. Store your mylk in the fridge for approximately 4-5 days. Refer to packaging for the ratio of Barista Mylk Base to water. Adjust accordingly for thicker, creamier mylk.
Storage:
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
Shelf Life:
24 months unopened. For best results once opened, store the jar in the refrigerator, best consumed within 1 month of opening.
