Combining sweet and tangy goji berries and Turkish apricots with raw almonds, walnuts and pistachios, these convenient balls are packed full of fruit and nuts with a hint of coconut.
They are also great to make ahead of time to have prepared for a busy week when you need an easy and quick treat.
To Add:
• 1 tbs coconut oil, melted
Method:
1. Place all ingredients into blender.
2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is combined and begins to stick together.
3. Roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into small balls.
4. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
Any leftover bliss balls can be stored in the jar for up to 7 days when refrigerated.
Bliss balls are the perfect afternoon snack or to take on your next adventure.
This recipe-in-a-jar kit is handy to have in the pantry for last minute treats. Just add the wet ingredients, blend, roll and enjoy.
