Our Turmeric Fruit and Nut Bliss Balls are made up of sweet and tangy organic apricots and goji berries complemented by organic desiccated coconut with crunchy raw pistachios, walnuts and almonds.
This combination is gently spiced with organic turmeric and has no wheat, grains or processed sugar. They are GMO-free and contain nothing artificial.
This recipe in a jar kit is handy to have in the pantry for last-minute treats. Just add the wet ingredients, blend, roll and enjoy.
Bliss balls are the perfect afternoon snack to take on your next adventure.
To Add:
• 1 tbs coconut oil, melted
• 1/2 tsp black pepper, ground
• A pinch of salt
Optional:
• 2 pitted Medjool dates (for sweetening)
• Extra fine coconut (for coating bliss balls)
Method:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend at high speed until the mixture is combined and begins to stick together.
3. Roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into small balls.
4. Coat in extra coconut, if desired.
5. Place Turmeric Fruit and Nut Bliss Balls into the fridge to set a little firmer.
Any leftover bliss balls can be stored in the jar for up to 7 days when refrigerated.
