Our Coconut Vanilla Pancake Mix is a gluten-free, recipe-in-a-bag.

Blended in regional Victoria, this mix creates fluffy pancakes that will leave you wanting more.

With the ingredients pre-mixed, all that is left to do is add wet ingredients, whisk, cook and get ready to enjoy.


To Add:

• 250mL preferred milk
• Oil for cooking (coconut is ideal)

Optional for serving:
• Fresh fruit
• Maple syrup

Method:

1. Combine 250g Coconut Vanilla Pancake Mix (half this bag) and 250mL milk in a bowl and whisk to combine. Add more or less liquid to reach desired consistency.
2. Let the batter stand for 10 minutes.
3. Heat a pan on low to medium heat and lightly grease.
4. Spoon dollops of batter into the pan and cook until small bubbles appear and pop.
5. Flip pancakes and cook on the other side for a few more minutes or until golden.
6. Serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup or your favourite toppings.
