Take up to three Epsom salt baths weekly to ease muscles, relax the body and mind and maintain essential magnesium & sulphate levels.
How To Use:
For a relaxing bath, especially before bed for a good night sleep, add 1 – 2 cups to a warm bath and relax for 20 to 30 mins. You will notice the difference that comes with using natural Epsom salt.
Add ¼ cup to a basin to soak feet, using a handful as a scrub.
Add volume and texture to hair and get that ‘fresh off the beach’ look with a spray solution of Epsom and water.
