Our Organic Ceremonial Cacao travels from the heart of the Amazon jungle where it has been grown and harvested by the Ashaninka community, one of the oldest Indigenous tribes in South America.
These criollo cacao beans are ethically sourced and sustainably produced to bring joy, happiness, peace and harmony with each cup of cacao enjoyed.
How To:
In a saucepan combine 1-4 tablespoons of Organic Ceremonial Grade Cacao with 250mL of filtered water. Warm gently on low heat, whisking until it becomes smooth. To preserve the benefits, heat the cacao until just melted and warm, not hot!
If desired, you can sweeten it with coconut sugar or organic sweetener, or add a fiery kick with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
A traditional Ceremony is performed by finding a quiet place where you can feel comfortable and relaxed. While holding the prepared Ceremonial Cacao drink you set your intention and sip mindfully.
You may then choose to enjoy music, meditate or even journal. Upon completion, ensure you offer gratitude for the experience.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Ideal storage conditions are recommended at 18 to 20 degrees Celsius.
Shelf Life:
6 months when stored as above. See Best Before date.
