Combining organic matcha and peppermint with the finest heirloom criollo cacao beans, VITALITY cacao is a marvellous alternative to coffee that is a delicious way to add an extra spark to your day.
The cacao is grown by the Ashaninka people, the traditional custodians of the land, using regenerative methods handed down from generation to generation. It is sustainably cultivated under the Amazon forest canopy without the use of fertiliser or chemicals.
This ethically sourced, vegan-friendly Vitality Cacao is hand-blended in Australia without gluten or preservatives. The inclusion of organic lucuma, coconut nectar and carob adds depth and a touch of sweetness to the matcha and mint which is finely balanced with a pinch of pink salt. It is delightful in hot or cold drinks and can be used in place of plain cacao in raw or cooked treats.
How to Use:
Vitality cacao brings a little extra zip to hot or cold beverages. Make a fabulous latte to brighten up your day by gently heating 250 mls of your preferred milk. Coconut, oat, almond or soy go well. Mix in a tablespoon of this drinking cacao. For a frothy top whisk or blitz just before serving. Blend with ice-cold milk to make a delicious, minty chocolate shake. Or replace the milk with chilled coconut water and shake well. Serve with lots of ice for a refreshing dairy-free option. Pour over shaved ice to make a frappe.
To create a fabulous smoothie, blend 1 tablespoon of this organic matcha and mint cacao with your choice of fruits, superfoods and milk. Or sprinkle a little over your acai or smoothie bowl creations. Add the bright flavours of mint and matcha with indulgent cacao to homemade puddings, chocolates or ice cream.
Vitality cacao mix is a great substitute for plain cacao in raw or cooked treats. Scrumptious in slices, energy balls, muesli bars, puddings and brownies.
