Our Australian grown brown rice has been simply puffed, they have a light, fresh texture and a slightly nutty flavour and aroma.
How To Use:
Puffed brown rice has a slightly nutty flavour and is a great way to lighten muesli and also homemade chocolates. Combine them with coconut and sprinkle over peanut butter on toast.
For an easy snack bar, melt ½ cup maple syrup with ¾ cup nut butter or pureed Medjool dates over low heat. Add a little vanilla and 3 ½ cups organic brown rice puffs. Nuts, seeds or dried fruit can also be added. Press into a tray and refrigerate for two hours.
Brown Rice Puffs are also a natural choice for energy balls, muesli bars and treats like Chocolate Crackles and raw vegan chocolate.
