How To Use:
Combine with quinoa and mushrooms in a hearty risotto or serve with raisins and almonds alongside Moroccan braises.
Make delicious salads and stir fries or use leftover rice for stuffed sweet potato and as a base for falafel or veggie burgers.
Absorption method: Bring 1 cup rice and 2 cups water to the boil. Cover and simmer 25 mins. Remove from heat. Stand for 5 mins.
