Organic Earth Cacao is made from cacao grown by the Amazonian Ashaninka people, the traditional custodians of the land, using regenerative methods handed down from generation to generation. It is sustainably cultivated under the Amazon forest canopy without the use of fertiliser or chemicals.
The addition of carob, lucuma, evaporated coconut nectar and a pinch of pink salt complements the deep rich flavours of cacao. It is delightful in hot or cold drinks and can be used in place of plain cacao in raw or cooked treats.
How to Use:
For a rich hot chocolate cacao gently heat 200 mls of your preferred milk – oat, coconut, soy or almond all taste great. Mix in a tablespoon of this powder then whisk or blitz to froth. For a cold shake, add 1 tablespoon per 200 mL milk or water into a shaker or blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Add half a banana to blend into a smoothie.
Earth cacao mix is a great substitute for plain cacao in raw or cooked treats including bliss balls, chia puddings and protein bars.
